With improved performance, flight time, payload capacity, intelligent flight modes, and advanced safety features, is it still enough to warrent an upgrade? Lets take a deeper look at the DJI Avata 2.
The DJI Goggles 3
With the release of the Avata 2, DJI has also released the all new DJI Goggles 3. DJI Goggles 3 allow you to experience true immersion with PIP (Picture-In-Picture) view, where the Avata 2 HUD is displayed over the environment around you. This greatly improves operator safety by allowing them to see the environment around them without having to take the DJI Goggles 3 off.
Video Transmission
With the new Avata 2 also comes DJI's all new Ocusync 4, which is a nice improvement compared to DJI's Ocusync 3.0+. Ocusync 4 comes with a large transmission range upgrade, boasting a 13km range compared to Ocusync 3.0+'s 10km range. DJI O4 now also allows the Avata 2 to stream content at 1080p at up to 100fps where as O3 was able to stream up to 1080p at 30fps.
