DJI Care Enterprise Basic 2 Year

DJI Care Enterprise Basic offers 2 years of protection for your drone. Under DJI Care Enterprise Basic protection, you can send a crashed and recovered drone back to DJI, pay a deductible cost, and be sent a new replacement drone. This process can be done 4 times underneath a 2 year protection plan.

DJI Care Enterprise Basic Multiple Years

DJI Care Enterprise Basic 1 year can be purchased to add a third year of coverage ontop of your existing 2 year coverage plan. This additional year of coverage offers you 2 more full replacements with the same deductible cost.

**Conditions for Renewal**

1. If you have purchased DJI Care Enterprise Basic 2 Year for your product, you can extend for up to 1 more year of service before or within 15 days of the service expiration date by purchasing a 1 Year Basic code for your drone model.
2. For each replacement, you will need to pay $266.
